About me
Igor Filippenko was born in 1978 in Kharkov, Ukraine, and from early childhood showed an interest in art. This interest eventually turned into a real passion for painting, which determined his future life path. Igor delved into the genres of portrait and landscape, preferring the technique of oil painting.
His work can be described as “romantic realism”, where each work carries a deep emotional charge and conveys subtle shades of mood and state of nature. In his landscapes, he masterfully reflects the beauty of his native nature, and in his portraits - the depth of the human soul. Filippenko's works are permeated with light and color, which creates a feeling of liveliness and presence.
Filippenko Igor is an active participant in both republican and international exhibitions. His paintings are highly valued among collectors and are in private collections around the world, including countries such as the USA, Ukraine, Japan, Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Denmark and France.
Each of Igor’s works is the result of painstaking work and love for his work. The artist continues to develop and look for new forms of expression, remaining true to the traditions of the realistic school and introducing his own unique touches into it. His work is a harmony of color, light and form, united into a single symphony that fascinates and inspires.
